“I was first introduced to Chad’s group in 2003 when I was building a new sales division for a national lender. It was very difficult to attract proven Loan Consultants at that time due to the refinance boom that was taking place. I was forced to hire agents with very little experience. Chad took the time to learn our business, learn the direction we wanted to go and then develop training material that would take us there. His delivery of the material is second to none! Everyone gets involved in their training and “practices” their new skills throughout the training program.

I moved to a new lender in 2006 and took over an internet mortgage division that was struggling. One of the first calls I made was to Chad to get him involved in my plans to rework the division. Chad came out and learned the internet mortgage business, then developed a training program that was in line and in support of what we wanted to accomplish. As I began to hire a new staff I was able to bring on a more seasoned and talented staff. We would run everyone through the training and on many occasions I would have a Loan Consultant state prior to training “I have heard all of this before, I have been to multiple training programs, I do not need any more sales training. Besides, I would rather be selling.” I would make a deal with them. They attend day one of the training and then, if they felt the training was not worthwhile, they would be excused from the rest of the training. One might feel this offer that I make was a risky proposition because if we had one LC proclaim the training was not worth his time, the barn doors may open and the class would dwindle in size quickly. I have made this offer many times and, to date, not one LC has opted out of training after day one. In fact, they repeatedly give feedback stating that of all the training they have been through, Chad’s training is, by far, the best they have taken part.

As we have grown (currently at 68 sales agents) the experience level and talent level of our newly hired staff has risen sharply. Also, with the drastic changes the mortgage industry has undergone in the last 18 months, our business model has changed quickly. Chad is able to make “tweaks” to the program on very short notice to stay current with our ever changing sales environment.
