Determine Reality - We will begin the project defining current performance of the client organization. We will also do a competitor assessment, and outline opportunities to differentiate their organization from the competition. We will conduct site visits, and use an assortment of methodologies to get a pulse on the strengths and areas for enhancement within the client organization. We have years of experience assessing the performance of individuals and teams. Once reality has been defined, we then have a baseline established to begin the project.

Inspire Vision - With our client's we will calibrate to establish the vision of the project. The vision will be a by-product of senior leadership, all management involved, as well as top producers. We know that there needs to be a laser focus from the top-down of an organization or the project will fail. We want to work with clients who are serious about making positive movement inside their company. After conducting years of these projects it is our belief, that projects must be championed from the top.

Find High Performers - We believe that if you want to be successful you have to find out what successful people are doing and duplicate their work habits. What we do is find out exactly what you want your people to do more of and/or less of that model the top performers. We also observe top performers and see what skills, habits, and behaviors they have that can be transformed into the rest of the team. This way the training that your people get, will be applicable to their everyday lives, and your people can truly differentiate themselves from the competition.

Field Coaching Towards Model - We believe that sales and customer service improves, when sales and customer service management improves. We make sure to train the managers along with everyone else, so they can coach to the best practices in the field. The managers are held accountable to hold their people accountable to the behaviors that will produce the results we are looking for.

Energy & Engagement - We believe that there has to be a high level of relevancy in all projects to get the best ROI. The projects also need to be filled with energy and participation to help the participants get the most out of all activities. Project Map:

Site Observation
We will deploy a talented team of associates on site with the client. The purpose of the visit is to observe the client performance to determine if there are areas for enhancement. We absorb the investment of the site visit, so the prospective client can assess whether they like the chemistry is right between their organization and us.

Site Observation Summary
We will then deliver to the prospective client a summary of the site visit outlining strengths and areas of enhancement for consideration. The summary is delivered to the client within two business days of the visit. Inclusive with the summary is a proposed project map with pricing for each component of the project. We have two forms of partnership we use when partnering up with clients.

  • A typical daily consulting fee that clients agree on and pay as the projects moves forward.
  • Revenue sharing option where clients agree to pay a percentage of revenue brought in as a direct result of the project.

Leadership Huddle
Once the prospective client decides to move forward with the project we then facilitate a Vision Meeting with the leadership team to define project objectives. A timeline is outlined, and expectations are clearly defined for both parties.

Process/Training Development
We work in concert with the client to develop the processes and supporting material needed for the learning component of the project.

Pilot Roll-Out
Once the processes and materials have been developed we will roll out a pilot with a client for feedback and modification. The pilot is designed to generate excitement and results to jump start the project.

After this the project is in full gear which includes:

  • Making sure the right people are in place and helping the client make hiring decisions based on our job match patterns throughout the organization.
  • Instructor led training for your sales/customer service force, managers, and Sr. leadership.
  • Follow up and accountability which includes executive coaching with management to get results, as well as working with the field to create and build the right behaviors.
  • Movement of people that might not be in the right positions, and replacing them with the right people to create an even stronger culture long-term and increasing productivity and profitability.
  • Utilizing technology (e-learning) to sustain the positive changes inside the company culture and to create a platform that can be used when bringing new people onboard.
