Keynote Success Methodology

The Chad Carden Group follows an effective process for working with clients and their keynote events. This process has been developed over the past 25 years through research and, more importantly, trial and error. Our process ensures that each CCG keynote delivers results that exceed our clients' expectations. As each of our clients' needs are different, we will customize this process to fit your needs and event. We can cover all six steps, one step, or any combination of these steps to fit your needs.

Step One - Meet with Key Stakeholders

Every engagement begins with meeting the key stakeholders who determine the keynote's overall effectiveness. In this meeting, specific goals and success criteria are defined so everyone involved clearly understands the expectations and necessary outcomes of the keynote event.

Step Two - Discovery and Observations

Once the key stakeholders and CCG are in complete alignment, we visit the organization. We spend time observing a variety of roles in the company, including sales, frontline, and management personnel, to get a better understanding of the overall "culture" of the organization. This allows us to customize our keynote and generate a superior experience for our clients, ensuring the keynote objectives are met. The observations are documented and built into the customized keynote event.

Step Three - Keynote Material is Created

During this step, material for the keynote is built. This material includes the main points outlined by the key stakeholders, as well as supporting stories and evidence to make sure the main points are driven home for the audience in an exciting and entertaining format.

Step Four - Overview Keynote/Revise if Necessary

In step four, we review the keynote material and our plan for delivering the keynote event with the key stakeholders to identify possible improvements and editing needs before the actual event. This step allows the key stakeholders to be assured they are getting exactly what is expected from CCG.

Step Five - Keynote Event

The keynote event is executed according to its plan. The event has 100% impact around the overall objective, creating the right attitudes and mindset to help position the organization for success moving forward. Whether it is a new initiative, a new product launch, or just a change in the way the audience looks at the organizational strategy, CCG is there to make sure the plan is executed to perfection.

Step Six - Survey and Report Results Meeting with Key Stakeholders

The Chad Carden Group will meet with key stakeholders after the event to make sure everyone is completely satisfied. We will also determine if any additional steps are needed to drive a change or sustain long-term results that will move the organization in a positive direction. Some clients will explore additional steps and other clients will move forward without the assistance of CCG.
