Tim Wambach’s Bio
Tim is the author of the book, “How We Roll” about his relationship with Mike Berkson, a young man living with Cerebral Palsy, he has been a Sales Rep for educational books, a speaker for National Financial Educators and a presenter for Next Level Consulting providing training services for Fortune 500 companies. In 2005 – Tim ran 717 miles between Orlando, Fl and Chicago, Il to raise awareness for Cerebral Palsy. In 2006 Dr. Brommel, from Northeastern Illinois University, named a scholarship in honor of Tim for students that overcome great odds.
Tim is the President and co-founder of The Keep On Keeping On Foundation, a non-for-profit 501 (c) (3) organization dedicated to helping individuals born with severe physical disabilities. Their signature event is their “March Forth Awards Banquet” in 2010 they honored Paul Rusesbagina the real-life hero of the movie “Hotel Rwanda” for exemplifying the spirit of leadership, determination, and perseverance. Currently, Tim is the lead actor in the two-man show titled, “Handicap This!” a live stage show about breaking down barriers and living with disabilities, he also serves as the Managing Director of Handicap This Productions. “Handicap This!” has been seen by over 3,000 people since 2010.
