Paul Carroll’s Bio

Paul Carroll Paul Carroll has been consulting with senior leaders, teams and organizations for over 20 years. He has excelled by focusing on the key outcomes for success/ and aligning leaders and teams to achieve those outcomes.

Before joining the Chad Carden Group, Paul was Vice President of Global People Practices for Franklin Templeton Investments, the world’s largest publicly traded mutual fund company. In this role, he was responsible for leadership development, succession planning, organization development at the executive levels and performance management systems. Previously he served as the Corporate Head of Training and Development.

Prior to joining Franklin Templeton, Mr. Carroll was a senior consultant with DDI working in the areas of performance management systems and strategic leadership development. Earlier experiences included Vice President of Human Resources and Training for Amerus Bank, and internal and external organizational consulting in the areas of leadership and change management with Norwest Mortgage, Rockwell Collins, and Mobil Oil. He also has a strong background in sales and marketing. Mr. Carroll holds a bachelor of science degree in sociology and psychology from Iowa State University, and a master’s degree in public administration from Drake University, in Des Moines, Iowa.

Helping organizations and leaders be successful is Paul’s main goal. He has designed and facilitated senior sessions focusing on strategic issues, significant change efforts, and sessions designed to improve key team performance over time. His ability to understand and appreciate real problems faced by senior leader and their teams has resulted in impactful and break through sessions.
