Morrie Norman’s Bio

For 28 years, Morrie Norman has worked in the Training Industry. He owned and operated an award winning Training business in Iowa for 16 years. He also has served eight years on the board of directors of the Trainng Association, serving as president for one year. He was responsible for signing and managing the several national training contracts.

For the past 5 years, he has been an independent trainer and consultant. He designs and conducts Presentation, Sales, Management, Leadership and Customer Service training. He has a wide variety of training experiences in different industries including construction, distribution and supply, and direct sales and service organizations.

Projects Samples:

1. Morrie successfully customized and delivered 12 weeks of advanced customer service training for Lincoln Electric in Cleveland incorporating the profiles assessment tools as a through line of the training.

2. He designed 3 training programs for Strategic accounts to be delivered to International Trucks and is conducting 1 of these programs himself. These programs encompass Sales and Customer Service training.

3. Morrie designed the entire training curriculum and trained the entire staff of a Midwestern electrical supplier with 600 employees.

4. Morrie and his brother Mark designed and delivered sales customer service training to 2,000 employees of Insight Communications.

5. He designed and delivered customized negotiation training to Herff-Jones.
