Mike works with companies that are looking to spend their training and development dollars on new-hires that are the right fit for the organization. He works to develop job-match patterns that are put together using top performers, organizational culture, and job criteria. Mike has saved companies millions of dollars by making sure each hire is the right fit. He helps his clients make better choices before someone is hired, saving them time, money, and hassle trying to get rid of a bad hire.

Mike also works with individuals and graduating college students to find the right career. Too many people get up everyday and go to a “job” they don’t truly enjoy.
