Mark Norman’s Bio

Mark Norman Mark Steven Norman is in his third decade of working with individuals and organizations who want to achieve more and accelerate their performance. He graduated from Centenary College of Louisiana with a degree in Economics. Mark began his career with a large International Training Firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1984. He became the sales manager for Minnesota and North Dakota in 1987, and under his direction the organization doubled sales. In 1992 Mark was awarded the franchise in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mark tripled revenue from 1992 to 1996, when he then sold the franchise. The International Training Firm awarded him the St. Louis franchise in 1996, and led the organization to international recognition four straight years.

As a salesperson, Mark received the prestigious "1500 Club" award five times. This designation is the highest honor that a salesperson can accomplish in the organization. In 2001 Mark sold his franchise, and started a consulting firm focused on accelerating performance.

Mark delivers over one hundred workshops, training sessions, and keynotes a year. He has been married for twenty-four years, and is the father of three children.

Mark has worked with Morgan Stanley, Bloomberg Communications, John Deere, International Truck & Engine, USA Today, Cox Communications, Lincoln Electric, The Cleveland Clinic, Microsoft, SimplexGrinnell, and Emerson Electric.
