Joe Sileo Joe Sileo has been working with and driving results for leading consumer packaged goods and prestige beauty organizations for over 17 years. Joe uses his unique expertise and corporate experience to help sales teams and their organizations achieve their goals and objectives through the customized training programs he creates for them. Joe’s experience ranges from improving cross-functional communication, workforce reorganization, promotional & incentive programming to training and team development. Some companies Joe has worked with include: Estee Lauder, Elizabeth Arden, Unilever, Diageo and L’Oreal.

Joe’s work with his clients extends to all aspects of their business, from the front line sales team and sales management to marketing and executive leaders.
