Braun Mincher’s Bio
Braun Mincher is a young and successful entrepreneur who found himself in the position to "retire" several years ago at the age of 30, a self-made multi-millionaire, even though he started with nothing and dropped out of college. However, never being one to sit still, he is now on a new mission promoting the need for better financial literacy education of all students and consumers.
Adam Carroll’s Bio
Adam is the founder of Four Legacies Mortgage, the first socially-responsible, education based mortgage company in the Midwest. Adam is also the founder of National Financial Educators, a financial literacy seminar company in West Des Moines. Between the two companies, Adam has helped educate more than 100,000 individuals in their pursuit of financial freedom using sometimes unconventional wisdom.
Jack Litzelfelner’s Bio
Jack Litzelfener has over 28 years of management and sales training experience. He started his career with the Dale Carnegie Institute in Los Angeles where he was the Area Manager for eight years.
During that time he trained over 3000 people in the areas of sales, management, leadership and personal potential. At that time Jack was the youngest instructor in Dale Carnegie history and was named Trainer of the Year for four consecutive years. From there, Jack became a real estate broker and sold over $25 million of California real estate.
Mark Norman’s Bio
Mark Steven Norman is in his third decade of working with individuals and organizations who want to achieve more and accelerate their performance. He graduated from Centenary College of Louisiana with a degree in Economics. Mark began his career with a large International Training Firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1984.
Paul Long’s Bio
Paul Long graduated from the University of Missouri - Kansas City with a degree in Business Administration. Following graduation, Paul accepted a position as an underwriter with Farmers Insurance and quickly began his ascension through the corporate ranks. In 2006, Paul joined the Farmers Training Team where he excelled at facilitating the growth of new and existing employees by engaging them in a fun and upbeat learning environment.
Rick Leffke’s Bio
Rick has been working with clients to increase their sales and service efforts for over 25 years in the roles of sales, sales manager, sales coach and sales trainer. Rick owned one of the largest training franchises of a world-renowned international training organization, growing sales by 163% in a 5-year period. He was consistently a top award winner being recognized in the top 5% of the worldwide 1,000 person sales force every year. Rick is also a top performing sales coach assisting sales people in their quest to be on top.
Tim Wambach’s Bio
Tim is the author of the book, “How We Roll” about his relationship with Mike Berkson, a young man living with Cerebral Palsy, he has been a Sales Rep for educational books, a speaker for National Financial Educators and a presenter for Next Level Consulting providing training services for Fortune 500 companies. In 2005 – Tim ran 717 miles between Orlando, Fl and Chicago, Il to raise awareness for Cerebral Palsy. In 2006 Dr. Brommel, from Northeastern Illinois University, named a scholarship in honor of Tim for students that overcome great odds.
BJ Windhorst’s Bio
BJ Windhorst has been motivating and leading through coaching, teaching and now consulting for nearly 13 years. He has built programs and systems from the ground up, stressing not only the fundamentals and basics, but how to be accountable to something bigger than yourself. BJ knows that success is a culture and a process. In the past year, he has consulted with and delivered to several high-profile companies such as UBS, AT&T, Weight Watchers and New York Life. His passion is working with people and seeing them achieve things at levels they never thought possible. BJ has an undergraduate degree in Education from Drake University and his Master's degree in Educational Leadership.
Kent Stock’s Bio
A teacher, coach, middle school principal, banker and powerful speaker, Kent Stock is also the man who coached the Norway baseball team during their now-famous final season. As depicted in the 2007 film, The Final Season, the nationally recognized Norway baseball team came together under then first-year head baseball coach Stock to defy the odds and win Norway's 20th state title in what would become the team's final season before merging with a bigger, neighboring school district. Kent recently released a book titled, "Heading for Home: My Journey from Little League to Hollywood" outlining his life's journey and the behind the scenes stories of filming a movie.

Josh Hanson’s Bio
Josh Hanson is a charismatic and passionate leader in the sales and service industry. Josh has been working with clients for over 15 years to increase their sales and service levels and improve their overall efficiency. Josh began his career in the financial services industry as a financial advisor. From there, Josh became a real estate broker and trainer, and was named "Rookie of the Year" his first year in the business. He has sold more than $20 million of Iowa real estate. Josh is a sought after real estate speaker and trainer having trained thousands of agents across the country.
Jaime Brown’s Bio
Jaime Brown is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and started her professional career in the hospitality industry. Jaime’s experience ranges from hospitality, event planning, non-profit fundraising, real estate sales to advertising & telecom sales. Jaime comes to The Chad Carden Group with over 8 years of sales training experience. She has been able to format a sales training program that ultimately brings a piece of all of her previous experiences together.
Shea Carpenter
Shea has a huge passion for leadership and motivation, striving to inspire people to reach their full potential and feel the positive impact it has on their everyday life. She truly believes that having written goals is the outline of success, and accomplishing them one at a time leads to a complete book of a lifetime of happiness and prosperity. She lives by her motto that it takes as much effort to get something done as it does to keep putting it off, and it takes just as much effort to have a negative attitude as it does a positive one.
Amanda Boleyn
Amanda has taught and trained team members at one of the nation's top retailers. She also integrated leadership developmental tools, and engaged in one-on-one coaching with her team to help make them successful. She then took on a role in the banking industry where she organized nation-wide hiring events, developed recruiting training and consulted hiring managers on compensation and talent. Amanda truly believes that training and development is the foundation for what makes people and companies successful. She is passionate about helping people make positive changes in their lives and being the best they can be.
Joel Puthoff
Joel Puthoff is a proficient leader and business coach with a student development and consulting program that trains ambitious college students how to run their own business. Joel has mentored and coached hundreds of college students with the skills necessary to launch and effectively manage a business from the ground up. After graduating in 2008, Joel successfully launched a new division of Young Entrepreneurs Across America, also known as Student Painters on the east coast and is now working with 8 different universities in the Carolinas to train their motivated and entrepreneur-driven students.
By leading the training seminars and guest speaking at universities, Joel has developed the charisma and leadership abilities necessary to take on any challenge. He believes that if you are able to create confidence and passion among your team, they will think outside the box and achieve lofty goals. Mark Moreno
Mark Moreno is a seasoned business professional with more than 30 years of sales and business leadership experience on both the national and international level. He has served in corporate director positions for multi-billion dollar companies, and as president of a startup oil company in California.
Mark has worked with a wide variety of corporate customers where he was involved in management, team leadership, strategic planning and training and development. He has assisted with new product and new market launches and received national awards for his superior performance and sales leadership excellence.
Mark believes people who have a passion to get things done are reliable resources in any given situation. At home or at work, Mark enjoys helping lead others to a more rewarding place.
