Chad Carden has been consulting, coaching, and speaking with companies across the country for 12 years focusing on sales, sales management, executive coaching and keynote speaking. In the past he has also teamed up with renowned companies like, Dale Carnegie Training to help people and companies in all aspects, including: presentation skills, leadership skills, selling skills, one-on-one coaching and many other areas. He understands that business today is all about how people are treated. Chad believes that if companies want to improve their bottom line, they have to improve the performance of human capital. Chad knows that the #1 asset companies have today is the untapped potential of their people.

Chad has had the opportunity to consult with and speak to many large companies, including: AT&T, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, DIRECTV, Cox Communications, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, UBS Financial Services, L'Oreal USA, Farmers Insurance, and several others.

Chad understood at an early age that everyone has potential to grow and shape their lives however they see fit. He also co-authored, "Winning The Money Game" which is helping students across the country set themselves up for success with their finances. Chad is currently working on his next book called "P.E.P.P" which focuses on making the process for success manageable and realistic.
